About the Founder
Bridging Two Worlds: Why Raisegen Exists
Alexandre Hassan founded Raisegen in 2022 with a singular vision: to transform how capital and opportunity connect in real estate development. Having operated at the intersection of high-stakes real estate transactions and institutional finance for over a decade, he recognized a persistent friction: exceptional development projects struggle to access capital efficiently, while investors seeking quality real estate opportunities lack transparent, vetted pathways to participate.
Raisegen was born from this insight.
A Career Shaped by Both Markets
Alexandre’s career uniquely positions him to solve this problem. He began in London’s competitive real estate market, where in 2016 he sold over €15 million in property within just ten months; an experience that taught him the fundamentals of value creation and transaction execution under pressure.
He then pivoted to institutional finance, relocating to Zurich to lead sales for a European private equity firm before joining Ebury Partners, a Banco Santander subsidiary. There, he developed forex solutions and risk management strategies for NGOs, financial institutions, and SMEs across Switzerland, gaining deep expertise in how capital moves and how sophisticated clients evaluate risk.
His fintech journey deepened when he joined a WealthTech 100 company, where he built relationships with leading financial institutions and private banks across the Benelux and French-speaking Switzerland, managing investment content and distribution at scale. He later joined Julius Baer, one of the world’s largest wealth management institutions, serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients in Luxembourg.
