Bridging two worlds: why Raisegen exists

Alexandre Hassan founded Raisegen in 2022 with a single conviction: capital and opportunity in real estate should connect far more efficiently than they do.

Having worked at the intersection of high-stakes real estate and institutional finance for over a decade, he saw the same friction again and again, exceptional projects unable to access capital efficiently, and investors lacking transparent, vetted pathways to participate.

His career spans both sides. He began in London’s real estate market, selling over €15 million in property in ten months, then moved into institutional finance, leading sales for a European private equity firm before joining Ebury Partners, a Banco Santander subsidiary. He went on to a WealthTech 100 company and later Julius Baer, serving high- and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

That path produced a rare dual fluency: Alexandre understands what developers need to bring projects to life, and what institutional investors require to deploy capital with confidence. Raisegen is built to serve both with equal rigor.
